Today, on the 100th anniversary of the end of the "War to End All Wars", we solemnly remember the many residents of Riverside Cemetery who served their nation in WWI - both those who returned as veterans and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
During our history tour run in conjunction with the Oswego County Historical Society, we paid special attention to the participants in that great conflict. Our research was a chilling project we encountered tales of war, death, and suffering that had an effect 100 years later. It was an honor to include them in our tours.
